1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton is “loving life” and showed off her incredible transformation in photos from a girls’ trip over the weekend.
The reality star, 37, who has lost over 440 pounds (200kgs) since her time on the hit TV series, was all smiles in the behind-the-scenes snaps captured by her best pal Haley Michelle.

Sharing the photos on Instagram, Haley wrote: “Behind the Scenes – Photo Dump 🖤✨ #girlstrip.”
In the photos, Haley was seen leaning into Amy as they stocked up on groceries at the supermarket.
They also shared some fun snaps while they took in the sights and posed pool-side from the trip they took back in April 2024.
Haley revealed she also did Tammy’s makeup while on the girls’ getaway, before sharing even more photos from their antics on the road.
Fans couldn’t get enough of how confident and happy Tammy looked with one follower commenting: “Look at Tammy loving her best life finally! ❤️”
“Tammy you look beautiful in this!!” said one fan.

Who is Tammy’s friend Haley Michelle?
Tammy’s friend is social media influencer Haley Michelle, who she appears to have met in late 2023.
The two have been spending a lot of time together, with Haley regularly posting fun photos and videos with Tammy.
In April 2024, at the time of the girls’ trip, Tammy shared a sweet post to her own 769,000 Instagram followers paying tribute to her best pal.
“Spiritual Sisters, our powerful connection we don’t have to explain anything to anyone. You are my Best Friend 💙,” she captioned a photo of the pair.

The post comes after Tammy hit back at surprise dating rumours about the duo.
She posted the below pool snap, and some fans asked if the pair were more than friends after Tammy opened up about her sexuality earlier this year.
“Are you dating?” one fan asked, to which Tammy responded: “Just best friends.”
Two months later, the reality star shared yet another sweet update alongside Haley.
Some fans however, were forced to jump to Tammy’s defence after a number of critics bizarrely “warned” the star that some people might be looking for “clout” in friendships amid her on-screen fame.

“Guys. Maybe they are actually f–king friends!” one wrote, defending the reality star. “I don’t know, I don’t care but what I DO see is Tammy not slipping up and staying active. That’s all that matters. If they’re good friends and a support system so be it!!!!”

“Yessss! Amen people just let it be,” another replied.
“Tammy is looking great! Y’all stop hating on her friends. She needs support from other places and it seems like she’s getting just that. I’m proud of her progress,” another wrote.
Despite some negativity, Tammy didn’t appear phased and in fact has never appeared happier – especially if these recent photos are anything to go by!
