Basketball NSW would like to give a huge shout-out to all the schools that joined the Opens division in the BNSW Schools Tournament for 2024. The event saw enthusiastic participation from young basketball talents across various regions in the state, showcasing their skills and sportsmanship.
The tournament, which brought together teams from different locations, has concluded its initial phase. The top teams in each category have now earned their spots in the much-anticipated Opens State Championships. This exciting event will be held at the Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre on Tuesday, June 25th, and Wednesday, June 26th.

About the Schools Tournament:
The BNSW School Tournaments consist of regional tournaments for both Primary and Secondary Schools. These tournaments culminate in the top teams from each region competing at the State Championships where the best team from NSW will be crowned. These tournaments are open to all New South Wales schools.
