Belmont will play host to a nine race card on Saturday. The weather is fine, the track is good (4) and the rail is out three metres for the entire circuit.

1 Elite Missile (Bet Now: $2.05) comes back to 1200m but off the first up spank job, I do think he has a bit on this lot. Market wanted him with confidence when resuming over 1400m here two weeks ago and #They got it spot on. He gave them a start and a beating and was quite dominant late in the piece. Back in trip is a slight query on paper, but he’s in a race where some of these are a query at 1200m.
Danger
6 Noahquintilly (Bet Now:Â $5.50) lands on speed and gives cheek I think for David Harrison. This girl led in the 1400m race from a fortnight back won by Elite Missile. She gave a sight but seven furlongs saw her out and she tired late to run fourth. Like her back in trip, lands on speed and will run an honest race.
Long Shot
5 Zipy Zany (Bet Now:Â $7.00) should be around the mark. This filly ran over this track/distance last Wednesday where she got off the speed and took a little while to wind into her work but was good late in the piece when second to Supido Express. Has that 1200m run under the belt, which should hold her in good stead here.

7 Dance Boss (Bet Now:Â $2.40) has done little wrong this time in and for mine, seems the straight bat play. Simon Miller trained gelding that ran over this track/distance two weeks ago where he got back to near last in the run but worked home with real purpose and was quite good in defeat when second to Celebrity Prince. Has that 1400m run under the belt, which holds him in good stead.
Danger
3 Sapphire Street (Bet Now: $8.00) is on the back up for Dan Morton after racing last Saturday in the Belmont Guineas where she got a mile out of her ground and while she was never a winning threat, her finale was very good in defeat behind Luvnwar. Back to 1400m should be fine, she’ll get decent cover and be strong late.
Long Shot
9 Tiff’s Lad (Bet Now: $81.00) is a son of God Has Spoken that resumes for Sharon Miller. He hasn’t raced since March 24 at Pinjarra in the Cup when down the track and looked a tired horse behind Holy Enchantment. He is better suited over further and although he hasn’t trialled publicly, he can sprint well fresh.
Race 3. (14:41) Grant Burgess (Rs0ly) 1300m

8 Sentimental Belle (Bet Now:Â $4.00) looks to have returned in pretty good order and is hard to beat against this lot. Close up second fresh here to smart filly Objectify before going to Bunbury where she gave them a start and beating, finishing best and let down with a strong finale. Good record at Belmont and is the one for me.
Danger
1 Another Strike (Bet Now: $5.00) is a smart three year old for Lou Luciani and should take beating. Both runs back from a spell have come here, winning fresh over 1000m before going to 1200m two weeks ago where he got back to near last in the run but worked home with real purpose late in the piece in a strong effort behind Rockin’ Rupert. Has come back in good order and should take beating against these.
Long Shot
2 Arnie’s Boy (Bet Now: $21.00) is an interesting runner. Ashley Maley trained gelding that hasn’t raced since May 18 over the mile here when near the speed throughout and he tried his guts out but couldn’t quite get the win when fourth to Tenacious Reward. Fresh legs and back in trip, he’s dangerous.
Race 4. (15:19) Drummond Golf (Rs1mw) 1000m

Back Me
1 Bayezid (Bet Now:Â $2.30) seems the straight bat option against these. Tiarnna Robertson trained gelding that resumed three weeks ago at this track/distance when leading throughout and credit to him, he was there to be beaten but he found under pressure to fend them off and win. Improvement to come, good racing style, gets the claim, hard to beat.
Danger
3 Final Authority (Bet Now: $11.00) is a son of Zoustar for Team Gangemi that resumes. This guy is first up, having not raced since Feb 10 at Bunbury when wide no cover and just felt the pinch late in the piece behind Ruler Rocket. He is a horse who can sprint well fresh, he loves Belmont and this isn’t a deep race.
Long Shot
5 Eevalina (Bet Now:Â
$SP.00) is a daughter of Outreach for Dan Morton that is first up and her best is certainly good enough. Her last run came on Feb 3 at Ascot when just off the speed and was there to loom but didn’t finish the race off behind Comic Hero. Just one quiet trial to get ready, watch the market.
Race 5. (15:54) Mrs Mac’s Hcp 1400m

5 Objectify (Bet Now: $2.10) picks herself I feel. Dan Morton trained filly that has done little wrong in a four start career, winning 2/2 this time in. Latest win was two weeks ago over 1200m here where she gave them a start and a beating, launching late and was impressive in the run to the line. No issue at 1400m and the way she’s racing, she’s the one to beat.
Danger
10 Prospector’s Pick (Bet Now: $6.00) is an improving type for Simon Miller. He didn’t do a whole lot fresh over 1000m here before going to 1200m at Pinjarra where he led throughout and was impressive, gapping his rivals in a strong display. Clearly a harder assignment here, but off last run, I think he’s in with a shout.
Long Shot
1 Blue Lagoon (Bet Now:Â $27.00) could have gone to the Guineas but I think there is enough body of work to say 1400m is his limit and 1600m would be too far hence why he runs here. He was far from disgraced three weeks back in the Raconteur and if he gets luck from the tricky gate, he can win for sure.

13 God’s Garden (Bet Now: $10.00) on top but not really a race I want to get involved in. She ran over 2100m last Wednesday here where she got back to near last in the run and made up a stack of ground, looming to win but just couldn’t quite get there when a narrow second to His Eminence. Bursting to win and she gets a great chance here I feel.
Danger
7 Divine Mercy (Bet Now:Â $26.00) should appreciate a rise back up in trip for Steve Wolfe. He was 2200m back to the mile when racing last Thursday at Pinjarra where he got back, was held up at times, and while he seemingly had his chance late, he should have finished closer. Back up in trip, he is going well enough to threaten.
Long Shot
5 Amray (Bet Now:Â $13.00) looks the likely leader and will take running down at odds. His last couple of runs have come over 2200m at Bunbury, winning two back before leading last time and looking home but was nabbed late by See Ya Champ. Right racing style, in form and does stay.
Race 7. (17:20) Tabtouch – Westspeed (Bm58+) 1400m

7 El Patron (Bet Now: $5.00) doesn’t win out of turn but he is a model of consistency for Simon Miller that should be around the mark. He ran over 1300m here two weeks ago where he got a suck run in transit behind the speed and tried hard, looking the winner, but was nabbed late by Climb On Top. Maps ideally and 1400m should be fine.
Danger
5 Climb On Top (Bet Now:Â $7.50) has good upside to come and has the last start win under the belt. That win came a fortnight back here, with Pike producing a 12/10 from the back and drove hard late nearer the inside to get up and record a massive win. Good improvement to come and rates highly for mine.
Long Shot
6 Nero King (Bet Now: $12.00) is drawn awkwardly but is a knockout hope. He resumed behind Climb On Top two weeks back where he got to near last in the run, wide, forced wider on the turn, but finished off his race with real purpose in an encouraging return. If he can somehow settle closer and get cover, he’ll be quite dangerous.

12 Kings Salute (Bet Now: $3.40) can handle the rise in grade/depth and is on top for me. Dan Morton trained three year old that was a strong last Wednesday over 1400m here, where he gave them a start and a beating, launching late for a sharp victory. Harder here, but maps ideally and he’ll have no trouble with 1600m.
Danger
5 Antique Miss (Bet Now:Â $3.60) has found winning form and she can certainly go on with it. Got a sweet run in transit off the speed when racing two weeks ago at this track/distance and she gapped them late, letting down with nice change up speed to score. Has to be rated as one of the leading contenders.
Long Shot
14 The Great One (Bet Now:Â $67.00) should appreciate getting back up to the mile. He was 1600m back to 1400m last Wednesday here. He got a fair way out of his ground and while he was never threatening, he did find the line and was quite good in defeat behind Wango Award. Dangerous if he can settle closer.

2 Bondi Bubbles (Bet Now: $23.00) is a smart three year old for David Harrison that is quite dangerous I say. Total forgive when resuming two weeks back at this track/distance, where he was too bad to be true behind Objectify, but was found to be lame post race. Clear excuse and he is a smart horse when right so don’t ignore him.
Danger
6 Rumour Says (Bet Now: $12.00) is a hard mare to catch at times but I am convinced she is racing well and in a tricky race, I am giving her respect. Both runs back from a spell have come over 1000m here, the latest being two weeks ago where she seemingly had her chance when third to Crippalenko. 1200m is the query but with a kind map, I think she’ll get every chance.
Long Shot
5 Rupert’s Empire (Bet Now: $41.00) is unknown at 1200m but with an economical run, I think he’ll be okay. A total forgive last time over 1000m here when wide no cover for the trip and that run just told late in the piece when down the track behind Crippalenko. His best is good enough so I am not dismissing him.
