Adelaide pizza chain, Hey Bianca, has closed its three stores and online delivery service.

The pizza chain was established in 2017, making Neapolitan-style pizzas using a dough fermented for three days.

Hey Bianca had three Adelaide stores — in the CBD, West Beach and Brighton — that have all been marked as permanently closed on Google.

One customer told News Corp they had messaged the company’s app, before it was also deactivated, to ask why the kitchen had been closed for the last few weeks.

“We’ve unfortunately left the building … it’s been a fun ride, and we appreciate you being us (sic) customer for a day, a year or a lifer from the very beginning,” a company spokesperson replied to the customer.

Hey Bianca has been contacted for comment.
