Ryan Meuleman is taking legal action against Slater & Gordon, claiming that the law firm did not prioritise his interests during negotiations for a compensation settlement.

Andrews’ wife Catherine was behind the wheel of a car that collided with a teenage cyclist in Blairgowrie, a seaside village on the Mornington Peninsula, in 2013.

The crash left the teenage victim in hospital with multiple injuries. No charges were ever laid.

In court today, it was agreed Andrews would hand over the records by July 24.

The case against Slater and Gordon will go to trial in the Supreme Court in May next year.
