Oregon has as much momentum on the recruiting trail as any college football program after the July 4 holiday weekend, as the Ducks piled onto their fast-rising 2025 class with a commitment from top-ranked wide receiver Dakorien Moore. The addition to an already stellar haul pushed Oregon to No. 5 in the team recruiting rankings for the 2025 cycle and put another feather in the cap of Dan Lanning, who last year compiled arguably the best class in program history.
Moore, composite five-star receiver Dallas Wilson and prized top-10 cornerback Dorian Brew headline an outstanding group of future Ducks, who could help the program take its elusive next step and eventually win a national championship.
“Oregon has never signed more than three five-stars in a cycle,” DuckTerritory’s Erik Skopil said on The College Football Recruiting Show. “Right now, they’ve already reached that number with the guys we’ve already talked about. Wouldn’t be a surprise if they surpass that number, and maybe by quite a bit.”
