“Everyone was having a good time, everyone was chill,” he said.

“But then they started going through our rooms, searching through our stuff.”

Brell said he asked them to leave, but claimed that after the group went outside he was threatened and hit in the back of the head.

Brell suffered a gash to his head and bruises to his back from a baseball bat.

Another person could be heard begging for the attack to end.

A group was then seen fleeing, with emergency crews arriving soon after.

The injured teenager was taken to hospital in a serious condition with stab wounds to his chest and abdomen.
