Prince William has issued a statement ahead of the Euro 2024 final between England and Spain.
The Prince of Wales is the President of the Football Association and is travelling to Berlin today.
England take on Spain this evening in the highly anticipated contest as Gareth Southgate bids to become the first Three Lions manager to win the Euros.
Spain has won two editions of the Euros in the 21st century with back-to-back triumphs coming in 2008 and 2012.

The royal has urged Southgate and his squad to “show the world what they are made of” and cement their place in the history books.
William wrote on social media: “We are so proud of you all @england, just one last push to finish the job!
“Go out there and show the world what you’re made of. We believe. W.”
England and Spain have not faced off against each other in a major tournament in men’s football since 1996.

If England wins the tournament the squad will have a historic meeting with King Charles and Prince William.
There are also plans for an open-top bus parade through the streets of London on Tuesday.
The route would take England to Buckingham Palace, where Southgate and his players would be honoured at a reception with the two royals.

Willian flew to Germany to watch Gareth Southgate’s team defeat Switzerland on penalties after a tense 1-1 draw earlier this month.
He was photographed with England players including Trent Alexander-Arnold and Bukayo Saka after the match.
The royal was pictured watching England’s second game of Euro 2024 against Denmark last month.
William was seen talking to the King of Denmark at the match as the teams played out a 1-1 draw.
