Jurgen Klopp might have left Liverpool at the end of last season but he has still been spotted out and about over the last few weeks. Making the most of some spare time, the German has been popping up at various big events.
Klopp and his wife Ulla attended one of the Taylor Swift concerts at Anfield while they were also pictured watching the tennis in Majorca. Klopp watched his former club Borussia Dortmund lose the Champions League final against Real Madrid and he .
This weekend, he was present as Spain beat England in the final of the European Championship. The ex-Liverpool boss will no doubt have been as baffled as anyone else as the misuse — and then non-use — of Trent Alexander-Arnold.

But Klopp appeared to enjoy his time in Berlin where he took pictures with several famous faces. The Reds legend was spotted with NBA star Dennis Schroder, who plays for the Brooklyn Nets and the German national basketball team. He also had a picture with Shape Of You singer Ed Sheeran and German handball players David Spaeth and Jurik Norr.
While Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez didn’t get onto the field for England, Klopp would have been able to appreciate the quality of the Spanish team, where Nico Williams and Lamine Yamal both caused the Three Lions problems. Williams, in particular, was a big threat with both goals coming down the side of Kyle Walker.
Liverpool.com says: It’s nice to see Klopp looking relaxed and refreshed. Links with the German taking over from Gareth Southgate with England are inevitable and if it happened, it might even get a few more Liverpool fans taking a keen interest in how the Three Lions get on. Klopp has already made it clear, though, that he wants more time off having recently rejected the chance to take over from Gregg Berhalter with the USMNT.
