The Tampa Bay Buccaneers appear to have one guard spot locked down for the 2024 season, as 2023 second-round pick Cody Mauch showed marked improvement throughout his rookie campaign, and is a lock to keep his starting job on the right side this year. It’s a different story on the left, where an open competition between veterans like Sua Opeta, Ben Bredeson and Robert Hainsey, as well as rookie sixth-round pick Elijah Klein, will be a big storyline throughout training camp and the preseason.
