As has been the case since Great Southern Bank Arena first opened in 2008, Missouri State men’s and women’s basketball will continue to play in the premier venue in its league once it joins Conference USA before the 2025-26 season.
It’s not the largest of the CUSA venues nor does it carry some of the history that others do, but it is large enough and new enough that will make it one of the standout arenas in the league.
Missouri State won’t have to worry about updating its basketball venue anytime soon and can direct those funds toward the various projects it wants to do for Plaster Stadium.
