The Margaret River Chocolate Company will name their new rocky road flavour after one lucky customer to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
The beloved chocolate business is hosting its first ever Rocky Road festival throughout the month of June and into the July school holidays.
Customers will have the chance to sample and buy six limited-edition flavours of rocky road and vote on which variety should be permanently added to their current collection of five.
One lucky customer who picks the winning range will win a deluxe rocky road hamper featuring all the new and existing flavours, as well as have their name added to the new dessert.
The epic new flavours include lamington, club tropicana, biscoff and salted caramel, cookies and cream, sweet and sour, and peanut butter jelly.
The five standard flavours currently available include white, milk, dark, caramel and ruby.
Customers can enjoy the celebrations at either the Margaret River or Swan Valley locations while the chocolate factory festival kicks off at both spots.
The Margaret River location is about a three-hour drive south of Perth in the popular tourist region. The Swan Valley factory is just a 25-minute drive east of Perth.
The Margaret River Chocolate Company co-owner Martin Black said there was a “whole lot” in-store to celebrate the company’s birthday.
“We plan to continue celebrating our 25th birthday or the next few months with a range of new products, a book launch, collaborations with local designers, the Rocky Road Festival and a whole lot more,” he said.
The Margaret River Chocolate Company is a privately owned tourist attraction that welcomes close to a million visitors every yerar.
The company opened its first factory in the South West on May 15, 1999.
