Four Jetstar flight attendants have been taken to hospital after becoming ill from fumes on the aircraft during a domestic flight.
The plane was travelling from Cairns to the Gold Coast on Thursday morning when members of the cabin crew noticed an unusual smell and started to feel unwell.
They were assessed by paramedics and taken to hospital for observation, a Jetstar spokesperson confirmed.
One of the flight attendants felt faint and had to be supported by one of her colleagues after the plane disembarked.
The plane landed normally in Cairns and no passengers reported the smell or feeling unwell.
