A Hollywood star and her entourage were left awkwardly waiting outside the front of an iconic Sydney restaurant on Wednesday.
Amy Poehler, 52, rocked up to Icebergs Dining Room and Bar in Bondi Beach five minutes before opening time.
But the American comedian didn’t seem at all fussed, and chatted away with the group until the swanky venue opened the doors.
The former Saturday Night Live star looked effortlessly chic in a sleek blazer thrown over a navy jumpsuit.
The 52-year-old accessorised her look with a pair of sunglasses and a set of stylish Adidas sneakers.
Amy is visiting Australia for a special Vivid Ideas event at the Sydney Opera House.
The Parks and Recreation actress recently opened up about the surprising gift she received from Australia’s very own Hugh Jackman after he appeared alongside her on Saturday Night Live in 2001.
She revealed Jackman, 55, holds a special place in her heart.
‘You know who was one of my faves, Hugh Jackman, an absolute prince and so talented,’ she told The Daily Telegraph.
‘He gave everyone in the cast a case of Fosters beer.’
Hugh was a guest host on the long-running American sketch comedy show in December 2001, and hammed it up alongside Amy and Maya Rudolph.
Amy added although she was no longer with SNL when Chris Hemsworth, 40, guest hosted in 2015, she heard he had a ‘powerful’ presence and his ‘essence remained’ long after he left.

The Golden Globe and Emmy Award winning actress fronts Vivid Sydney Presents – In Conversation with Amy Poehler plus a special first look at Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2, in which Poehler stars as the emotion Joy.
‘I’m really looking forward to taking part in Vivid Sydney this year, a place that welcomes Joy in every way,’ said Amy in a statement before her visit.
‘I can’t wait to share a little of Inside Out 2: a movie that lets Joy and Sadness, Anxiety and Envy—all try to work together in hilarious and touching ways,’ she added.
It is the American star’s first Sydney appearance since 2015.
