The unlikely pair hit it off as they were seen mingling in Central London alongside Goodrem’s fiancé Matthew Copley and friends.
The duo were spotted exchanging hugs and goodbyes before parting ways.
The Duchess, 64, affectionately known as ‘Fergie’, looked chic in sleek black blazer paired with a knee-length skirt.
Goodrem, 39, was also dressed smartly for the meeting in a stylish maroon jacket and matching trousers.

Delta is currently in the UK with fiancé Copley as she gears up her performance at the Mighty Hoopla Festival in London on June 2.
In September, Delta announced her engagement to Matt after he proposed to her in Malta.

At the time, the singer told 9Honey that she’s delighted she can work and travel with her beau.
‘I’m extremely thankful and lucky that my partner and I get to travel together,’ Delta said.
‘We are both on tour right now, and it is extraordinary to be on stage and also be travelling all around Europe and the UK together.’

The singer shared a loved-up photo to Instagram of the couple on holiday before showing off her stunning diamond ring.
‘My best friend asked me to marry him,’ Delta giddily captioned the image, alongside a ring emoji.
While Matthew is best known for working as his partner’s guitarist, he’s also worked with some other big names in the industry, including Conrad Sewell.
The couple have even gone into business together with their own independent record label called ATLED Records (ATLED is Delta spelled backwards).
