The New York Jets are set to have an explosive offense in 2024. With the newest additions to the offensive line in the wide receiver room and on the defensive side of the ball, the Jets are ready to take a leap and break their 13-season playoff drought.

Aaron Rodgers will be returning from his Achilles injury as well and is ready to get back to playing MVP-caliber football. He looks good in practice and is even showing off some no-look passes.

Rodgers’ offensive weapons are numerous this year. New York signed veteran Mike Williams to a one-year deal worth $15 million, but he’s coming off an ACL injury. Malachi Corley was drafted in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft and should fit into the offense well Breece Hall will be full go this season a year after he recovered from his own ACL injury. Tyler Conklin and Jeremy Ruckert are at the tight end spot.

Garrett Wilson named one of the best WRs in the NFL

Wilson, the former 2022 NFL Rookie of the Year, cracked the top-15 of Monson’s list at No. 14 spot. He finished above Nico Collins and DeVonta Smith, two slightly-older receivers who just earned huge contract extensions.

Wilson is coming off another incredible season in 2023 and is ready to take an even bigger leap in 2024. Wilson played with four different quarterbacks this past year and didn’t even catch a pass from Rodgers before his season-ending injury after four snaps in Week 1.

He finished with 83 catches on 147 targets for 1,103 yards and four touchdowns. Wilson ranked fourth in the league in targets, 13th in receptions, 22nd in receiving yards, and tied for 54th in touchdowns. He also finished second in broken tackles for a receiver in 2024 with 22, behind only 49ers wideout Deebo Sameul.

The addition of Williams and Corley will open up a lot of holes for Wilson and help him grow into his No. 1 receiver role. The return of Rodgers will give Wilson a new lease on life and help him reach his ultimate potential. Rodgers has played with some great receivers in his career and has helped them become elite wide receivers in this league.

Wilson has been showing out early on in OTAs and is ready for the 2024 season. A revamped offensive line will give Rodgers a lot more time and allow Rodgers to find Wilson with ease. With a healthy offensive line and a healthy Rodgers, Wilson has the potential to be one of the best receivers in the NFL.
