LIV Golf is starting the second half of its 2024 schedule, and heading back to the United States for an inaugural event at the Golf Club of Houston. Thirteen teams, each consisting of four golfers and two Wild Cards, will compete from Friday through Sunday for a $25 million purse.
Adding to the thrill, the league’s top golfers will be captains of their respective teams. This star-studded lineup includes Bryson DeChambeau — who recently impressed with his performance at the PGA Championship — Jon Rahm, Brooks Koepka and Cameron Smith, among other golfing giants.
Texas-based LIV golfer Patrick Reed will be seeking his first career league golf victory in the area where he currently resides, adding an extra layer of excitement to the tournament.
