$SP.00) on top but gee it’s a thin race to start proceedings. He ran in an 1800m maiden at Murray Bridge last time where I thought he was given every chance in the run and tried his guts out but found one better in Trumpty Dumpty. He does seem a bit on the one paced side so 2100m is no issue and he’s racing well.

6 Whisky Sour (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) has the 2100m run under the belt, which should hold her in good stead. That run was at this track last time when wide no cover throughout and although she was entitled to knock up, she kept finding and was very game in defeat when third to Fiano Now. She was 1600m to 2100m so she has room for improvement.

3 Ketchikan (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) looks the likely leader and if this track is playing up/in, he becomes quite dangerous. He was down the track in the Fiano Now race mentioned above before going to Strathalbyn where he led and gave a decent sight but just couldn’t quite see it through when third to Starts Now. He’ll look the winner at some stage I am sure.

7 Mist The Dedline (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) looks ready to win for Team Blanch. He has been strong in both runs back from a spell, both coming at Strathalbyn. Latest was over 1350m when wide with cover before angling wider and did make up ground but couldn’t quite pick up High On Sugar. Like him up in trip and if he can settle closer, he’ll take beating.

$SP.00) is third up from a spell and should just about be at peak fitness. He comes through the race mentioned above won by High On Sugar. He seemingly had a suck run in transit behind the speed but didn’t quite finish it off and was a bit on the plain side late in the piece. I think he’ll be suited up in trip and strikes a winnable maiden.

8 Hi Baby Face (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) should appreciate getting to 1700m. She resumed over 1400m at Murray Bridge where she got a fair way out of her ground and although she made up ground, she was never really a factor behind Dolcemente. Might need another run and 2000m, but off the return, I think she’s in with a shout here.

$SP.00) looks to have returned in pretty god order and I do think he’s ready to win. Thought he did more than enough fresh at Murray Bridge behind Hajra before going to Mildura where he got a fair way out of his ground but I really liked his finale in defeat when third. If he can settle closer in the run, he’ll take beating.

$SP.00) has had a number of chances to break the maiden tag and while she hasn’t won, she has been close up for the most part. She resumed over 1200m at Port Augusta where she got back in the run and took a while to get going but she railed up and found the line, just missing out on the win. Key threat if she can settle closer.

3 Magic Field (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) lands on speed and takes running down, especially if the track is suiting leaders. He resumed in a 900m maiden at Mount Gambier when on speed and he fought on quite strongly in defeat but couldn’t quite get the win when second to Dreamzel. Fitter, on speed, 3kg claim, he’s in with a shout.

$SP.00) hasn’t quite set the world on fire in recent runs but that said, this is one of the weaker races she has contested in some time so with that in mind, I am leaning her way. She ran at Morphettville last time where she got back in the run and failed to get involved when down the track behind Hajra, who would be odds on here. If she brings her best, she likely wins.

$SP.00) hasn’t been too bad in three runs back from a spell for David Jolly. This mare was a strong on speed winner at Balaklava two back before going to Strathalbyn where she got back off the speed and kept finding the line without threatening behind Brave Action. If she can settle closer, she’ll take beating.

7 Unicorny (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) is a knockout hope. She resumed over 1200m at Balaklava where she had a suck run in transit from the inside gate and tried hard but being first up, condition just gave way late in the piece behind Trantoro, finishing fourth. Maps well, in well after the claim and has good upside.

$SP.00). Track specialist for Sue Nolan that is racing well away from Gawler at the moment. I thought he wasn’t too bad in defeat at Strathalbyn last time given he was back near last in the run, four wide throughout, and did make ground despite the tough run. He saves his best for Gawler, maps much better…great each way gamble.

$SP.00) has been a frustrating horse to follow throughout time but he is a horse who does have talent and has found winning form. That win came at Strathalbyn where he got into a decent spot just off the speed before angling wider for clear air and he got better as the race went on to win and win well. Good record at Gawler, he appeals.

$SP.00) is a two time winner at the track and maps to do no work. He ran over the mile at Strathalbyn last time where he got into a decent spot just off the speed but didn’t finish the race off and was a bit on the plain side late in the piece behind Monseagle. His best is good enough. Just hard to trust.

He has done work in the run in recent efforts but has kept on and been quite game in defeat, the latest behind the in form Fair Legacy. 1700m should be fine and this isn’t a deep race.

$SP.00) comes back to 1700m from 2000m, where he raced at Strathalbyn. He got a mile out of his ground and although he did make up headway, he was never really threatening behind Fizique. Likely spots them a start again but if he can get a drag into the race, he’ll be charging late.

5 Chosen Miss (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) will be stronger than most at the end. Just depends how far back she gets in the run. Latest run came over 2200m at Balaklava where she got back to near last in the run and did make up ground but was never a factor. She can motor late and I do love Rochelle Milnes aboard given she is a rider who can show intent.

He did that at Morphettville last time and he tried his guts out but just couldn’t quite sustain the gallop and felt the pinch late behind impressive winner Sportsbeat. He looks your leader and if he gets it, with some form of control, he’ll take running down.
