Ex-Miami Dolphins cornerback allegedly sent sexual images to a minor after his mother refused to get an abortion.

NFL cornerback, Xavien Howard, is facing serious allegations involving sexually explicit images and videos.

According to court filings obtained by the Miami Herald, the former All-Pro allegedly sent explicit content of a woman, with whom he was in a relationship, to her minor son after she refused to get an abortion.

The Miami Herald reported that these accusations are part of a broader lawsuit against Howard, in which he is also accused of repeatedly sharing explicit videos of another woman after their relationship ended. The latest filing requests that the minor, who remains unnamed and was under 18 at the time, be allowed to sue Howard as part of the ongoing case.

The court documents reveal that Howard was involved with a woman in 2022. When she became pregnant that fall, Howard allegedly demanded that she have an abortion. Upon her refusal, the lawsuit claims, Howard “went on a warpath against her” and sent sexually explicit photos of the woman to her other son, causing “significant emotional distress.”

The Miami Herald further detailed that Howard had the boy’s phone number because the woman had sometimes texted Howard from her son’s phone. Although she deleted the messages, her son discovered them later through his iCloud account.

This incident follows another lawsuit filed by a different woman, who claimed Howard sent out “several sexually explicit videos” of her and others after their breakup in July 2022. According to CBS News, Howard told this woman he shared the videos to “make her mad because she did not want to have sex with him.” She stated that while Howard recorded their intimate moments with her knowledge on one occasion, he distributed them without her consent.

In addition, the woman revealed that she was contacted by another woman who alleged that Howard had sent her explicit photographs and videos of various women. Howard, who played 13 games last season and was a first-team All-Pro in 2020, was released by the Dolphins in March with three years remaining on his contract. He is currently a free agent and neither he nor the team responded to CBS News for comment.
