Coming up: Alcaraz vs Zverev
Here we go then, after 15 days of main draw tennis it’s the last match of Roland-Garros 2024 – the men’s final between third seed Carlos Alcaraz and fourth seed Alexander Zverev.
Alcaraz is aiming for his third major title (2022 US Open and 2023 Wimbledon) and his first here in Paris. Zverev is playing his second Grand Slam final having finished runner-up in New York in 2020 to Dominic Thiem.
It’s a 10th meeting with Zverev up 5-4 in their head-to-head. They’ve played twice this year with the German winning their Australian Open match in four sets. Alcaraz got his revenge on the Indian Wells hard courts in California where he dropped just four games during a straight-sets victory.
