Garbed in a blue and white checkered swim suit, the blonde beauty was all smiles as her hunky boyfriend of two-years chased her through the shallows.

Two years after having them reduced, Ali revealed she ‘hated’ her implants for years before getting them removed.

‘Mine impacted on my back and stomach muscles, and to this day I still have a slouch because of the way I stood to try to hide them.’
She had her G-cup implants replaced with smaller ones on the advice of her surgeon, who said she risked having saggy skin if she went back to her natural size.
