Where the New York Giants will be selecting from during the 2025 NFL Draft is a mystery, but analysts are already making their predictions.
In the latest mock draft from Oliver Hodgkinson of Pro Football Network, the Giants took a shot on a potential quarterback of the future.
In this iteration, they used the No. 6 overall pick for the second year in a row—this time grabbing one of the projected top quarterbacks in the class.
6) New York Giants: Carson Beck, QB, Georgia
The New York Giants‘ Daniel Jones experiment is officially over in this 2025 NFL Mock Draft, as the franchise moves on to Bulldogs quarterback Carson Beck.
The Georgia juggernaut averaged over nine yards per pass attempt in his first season as a starter, proving he has the arm talent to power a new era of Giants football as a potential top-10 pick.
It’s far too early to know for certain what the 2025 NFL draft will hold for the Giants. The process of where they will be picking and which prospects might be available hasn’t even begun yet.
Still, it’s an interesting conversation to have during the dead time of the offseason even though many of their plans will rely on the outcome of Daniel Jones’ return in 2024.
Taking a quarterback seems to be the easy selection for the Giants going into summer break, but only time will tell if that remains true when the draft rolls around next year.
