Man charged after motorcyclist dies following Melbourne freeway crash

All citybound lanes on the Monash Freeway were shut down after three cars and a rider collided about 6.15am today.

The 20-year-old female motorbike rider was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries but later died.
