Tom Brady has been linked to Brazilian model and influencer Isabella Settanni, who has been seen hanging out with the former NFL quarterback in recent weeks
Two years on from his divorce with Gisele Bundchen, the retired NFL star Tom Brady has been seen about town with another Brazilian model bearing a resemblance to his ex-wife.
Regardless of the rumour mill in full spin, it’s been made clear by those close the matter that Brady and model/influencer Isabella Settanni are not in any romantic entanglement. Settanni, an adrenaline junkie with a following of 213,000 on Instagram, regularly shares her surfing and skiing adventures with her audience.
As US Weekly reports, Brady and Settanni have been spotted together on multiple occasions, yet their relationship is strictly platonic. However, fans couldn’t help but notice the striking similarity between Bundchen and Settanni, leading some to speculate that Brady has a specific type.
“Bro just loves Brazilian models I guess,” one fan quipped on social media. “Brady certainly has a type, it’s literally a younger Gisele,” another chimed in. Bundchen, now 43, is three years Brady’s junior, while Settanni recently celebrated her 32nd birthday on May 28.
Settanni isn’t just a model; she’s also a successful businesswoman, thanks to a thriving fruit and vegetable distribution business established by her parents, Junior and Carla Settanni. Known for her love of extreme sports, Settanni has previously been linked to Brazilian surfer Gabriel Medina and skateboarder Felipe Foguinho.
Post-Bundchen, Brady’s only publicised romance was a brief stint with Russian model Irina Shayk, formerly paired with football ace Cristiano Ronaldo.
That appeared a short-lived summer romance for Brady, who has since concentrated on personal growth, post-NFL retirement and navigating life after the end of his marriage to Bundchen. The athlete, boasting seven Super Bowl wins, was married to Bundchen for 13 years and are parents to two children.
Brady also fathers an older son with his previous partner Bridget Moynahan and now puts parenthood at the forefront of his priorities due to the free time he has without football commitments. Speaking to US Weekly earlier in June, Brady expressed his joy towards retirement saying: “I’m really enjoying my football retirement, really enjoying my time with my kids, really enjoying, probably not as much time off as I thought, but that’s OK,” adding “I’m still young and I still love working and, yeah, life’s good.”
Brady is set to embark on a new journey as an analyst for FOX Sports starting in September 2024. This comes after a whirlwind year that saw both his marriage and football career come to an end.
