Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow joined other sports stars, including Serena and Venus Williams, to walk in Vogue World Paris, a fashion show for the iconic brand on Sunday.

Vogue paired different sports with a decade in French fashion, going back to the 1920s at the star-studded event held just a month before the city hosts the Olympics. Kendall Jenner, Pharrell Williams and Jared Leto were among the celebrities who attended the event, along with NBA players Victor Wembanyama, who is French, Jaylen Brown and Russell Westbrook. Houston Texans receiver Stefon Diggs was also in attendance.

During the week, Burrow hit fashion events with Justin Jefferson, his former teammate at LSU and a star for the Minnesota Vikings, according to Vogue. Jefferson also walked the runway Sunday. The duo were photographed exploring Paris, attending parties and getting a tour of luxury fashion house Hermes.

“I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and grow as a person, [and] I think walking in the show is a great way to do that,” Burrow told Vogue.

Burrow wore a black suit with satin lapels designed by Peter Do as he strutted the catwalk on the streets of Paris. The show featured a Japanese drum core, martial arts groups, Supermodels Gigi Hadid and Jenner on horseback, and a surprise appearance from Katy Perry, among other spectacles.

In addition to football, Burrow is known for his flashy style and interest in clothes and jewelry. He told Vogue he wanted to learn more about the fashion industry and used this opportunity to do just that.

A photo on the Vogue site also showed Bengals receiver Ja’marr Chase was in Paris with Jefferson as well. There was plenty of down time for the NFL players to visit the City of Light since NFL teams are on break before getting back in action for training camps in late July. Bengals veterans are set to report July 23.
