BRONX, N.Y. – In anticipation of the 2024-25 Atlantic 10 Women’s Basketball season, the conference office announced Thursday the home-and-away opponents for next year’s league slate. The overall conference schedule will see Rams host nine A-10 games within the friendly confines of the Rose Hill Gym.

Playing an 18-game calendar for the second season under the new league formatting for women’s basketball, each team will face four of the league’s 14 other teams in a home-and-home series, with the Rams scheduled to play Dayton, Duquesne, George Washington, and La Salle both at home and on the road.

The Maroon and White are set to host five additional home games, including both “Battles of the Rams” against Rhode Island and VCU, as well as meetings with St. Bonaventure, George Mason, and defending A-10 Champion, Richmond. Fordham will complete the road portion of the schedule with trips to Saint Joseph’s, Davidson, Saint Louis, Loyola-Chicago, and UMass.

In her first season at the helm of the Fordham program, Head Coach Bridgette Mitchell led the Rams to the most wins by a first-year Fordham women’s basketball coach since the 1993-94 season. Coach Mitchell’s inaugural year on Rose Hill also saw senior standout Taylor Donaldson lead the A-10 conference in points per game, finishing as one of the top scorers in the nation, while earning both Second-Team All-Conference and Second-Team All-MET recognition.

Dates, tip times and television outlets for the Rams’ 2024-25 Atlantic 10 schedule will be released at a later date.

The 2025 Atlantic 10 Women’s Basketball Championship will be played for the second year in a row at the Henrico Sports and Events Center in Henrico, Va., from Mar. 5-9.
