UK / France: Luxury villa rental holiday specialist Oliver’s Travels has completed the acquisition of regional property management company Homes & Provence, a deal which adds 23 exclusive villas in Provence to the company’s overall portfolio.
It means that Oliver’s Travels now manages some 1,250 properties in France. The company already has an existing footprint across Europe, the United States, the Caribbean and Central America, Africa and Asia.
The purchase of Homes & Provence is set to be the precursor for more major business in 2024, as the operator said that it was “actively pursuing” more international strategic acquisitions and that it expects to close two further “significant deals” by the end of the year.
Last month, Oliver’s Travels also announced that it had bought 27 new villas in Lapland [in the northern region of Finland] as it seeks to continue with its ambitious growth phase.
