A Day at the Hall: Comedian Bert Kreischer visits Pro Football Hall of Fame | Pro Football Hall of Fame

Must read

Nationally known comedian and podcaster Bert Kreischer paid an impromptu visit to the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Thursday.

Kreischer was in Canton for one of the stops on his “Fully Loaded Comedy Festival” tour. Just hours before his show inside Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium on the campus of Hall of Fame Village, members of the Hall’s Communications Team caught up with “The Machine” for a quick Q&A about his experience inside the museum.

Question: As a comedian, who is the funniest Hall of Famer you know?

Answer: Warren Sapp. Without a doubt that man is hilarious.

Q: What was your favorite exhibit in the Hall?

A: I really liked the molds of different players’ body parts. Their legs, their arms, their hands. These guys are huge.

Q: Do you have a favorite football memory?

A: You know, it’s funny, as I was walking up here [into the Hall of Fame gallery, home of the Bronze Busts], I passed the Kellen Winslow display and reading all these facts, I started to get emotional. I watched Winslow play. I watched Tony Dorsett on TV. My childhood was the heyday of a lot of these players, so walking through here, it’s really cool to see all this stuff.
