Bachelor star Ali Oetjen suffered a wardrobe malfunction on Sunday as she had a romantic beach date in Noosa with her partner Mitch Adams.
The former reality TV star, 38, appeared to reveal her breast explant surgery scars as she frolicked along the sand and almost lost her tiny bikini top.
Wearing a blue and white checkered swimsuit, the blonde beauty was all smiles as her hunky boyfriend of two-years chased her through the shallows.
Flaunting her very toned abs, Ali’s bikini top barely clung to her chest as she sprinted away from her gleeful love.
Ali let her golden tresses fly free in the wind as she stuck to the shoreline and enjoyed the cool water around her ankles.
Soaking up some much needed winter sun, she accessorised only with a simple necklace and ring as she flashed her sternum tattoo.
Meanwhile, partner Mitch wasn’t shy about getting his dark locks wet as he took a dip beneath the water in his black swim trunks.
Ali’s hunky beau, whose identity she finally revealed during Christmas in 2022, was seen leaning in to passionately kiss her at one point.
But soon after they were at it again when Mitch took off running and Ali became the eager chaser.
Ali underwent breast explant surgery in 2019 in order to reduce the size of the G-cup implants she received years earlier.
Two years after having them reduced, Ali revealed she ‘hated’ her implants for years before getting them removed.

‘They were massive and I hated them,’ she told body+soul in 2021, adding that she experienced both health problems and social stigma with them.
‘I definitely wouldn’t suggest breast implants to anyone,’ she said.
‘Mine impacted on my back and stomach muscles, and to this day I still have a slouch because of the way I stood to try to hide them.’
She had her G-cup implants replaced with smaller ones on the advice of her surgeon, who said she risked having saggy skin if she went back to her natural size.
