The annual Leeds Rhinos Golf Day was a fantastic success on Monday with 19 teams taking part in the event at Leeds Golf Centre in Shadwell.
The Golf Day is always one of the highlights of the Rhinos social calendar each year and this year’s event, sponsored by Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company and AMT Auto, was no exception.
After a shotgun start, the teams competed throughout the day. After the final count up, AMT Auto, led by Neil McGawley and with Rhyse Martin and Ian Blease on their team, finished third behind runners up Autex, led by Simon Senior. The winners were the team from Bartercard, led by Chris Kirby and with Rhinos rising star Max Simpson in their team.

Leeds Rhinos Commercial Director Rob Oates said, “I would like to thank all our partners who came along and enjoyed a fantastic day with us. Mikolaj Oledzki, Rhyse Martin, Paul Momirovski and Max Simpson did a great job on the course and we were fortunate to have lovely day with the weather as well.
“Special thanks goes to the brilliant team at Leeds Golf Centre, who looked after us so well throughout the day, they are great friends of the club and make sure the day was a big success,” added Oates.
