WASHINGTON – The Atlantic 10 Conference announced Wednesday the 2024-25 men’s basketball schedule pairings, with the upcoming season will again be highlighted by an 18-game league slate for the 15 members of the conference.
La Salle will play home-and-home series against the same four opponents as last season – George Washington, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Saint Joseph’s. The Explorers will also play host to conference champion Duquesne, as well as both regular season champions Richmond and Loyola-Chicago. La Salle will also receive visits from Davidson and Fordham.
La Salle will hit the road to take on Dayton, George Mason, St. Bonaventure, and Saint Louis and VCU.
The complete 2024-25 conference schedule with dates and times, as well as national television information, will be released at a later date. There will be 135 conference games this upcoming season which will allow teams to face each league opponent once and four teams twice. The 2025 Atlantic 10 Men’s Basketball Championship will be played March 12-16 at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., for the third time.
The Explorers begin their 94th season in program history and their 28th season in the Atlantic 10 Conference in 2024-25. La Salle will open the brand new John Glaser Arena for the upcoming campaign. The Explorers are coming off a 2023-24 season in which they won their most games since 2014-15.
