There was a rock star theme to this year’s edition and it was a case of saving the best until last with Rafter taking the cake.

The two-time grand slam champion went down as AC/DC rocker Brian Johnson and had a sense of theatre when he emerged from the crowd to Thunderstruck.

AFLW icon and Channel 7 commentator Erin Phillips was a spitting image of pop star Pink, while James Brayshaw embraced his role as Axl Rose.

The West Coast great went down as reggae legend Bob Marley before revealing the iconic Jamaican bobsled uniform from Cool Runnings.

Naitanui even produced a lucky egg from his pocket, just like the movie, after taking the plunge.

“What Danners has done is remarkable. He is an inspiration to all and ultimate trooper. I’m so happy he invited me down.”

James was originally going to do with nephew Angus as Slash, but he unfortunately pulled out.

Mack Horton

The Olympic gold medallist went down as Midnight Oil frontman Peter Garrett and even rolled out some of the Aussie’s iconic dance moves when he emerged from the icy waters.

“Great to be part of it.”

Jack Riewoldt

The Richmond legend went down as The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers in an ode to his iconic moment with the rock group after the 2017 AFL grand final.

Riewoldt, who called himself Mr Brightslide, had to jump back in the pool after losing his wig in the slide.

“For me personally, I’ve got friends fighting the battle with loved ones, which is important but the more we talk about it the more we express how we feel about it, the more money we donate and obviously raise gets us closer to where we want to get to, a cure.”

Channel 7 host Bec Maddern said: “You are the best lookalike today. I reckon you secretly want to be P!nk.”

Phillips said: “I do. It’s no secret. I love P!nk. This is one and only opportunity to do it, so just unbelievably honoured to be part of it.”
