North Melbourne can confirm Brayden George suffered an ACL injury in Sunday’s VFL match
North Melbourne can confirm Brayden George suffered an ACL injury in Sunday’s VFL match against Collingwood at the AIA Centre.
The 20-year-old left the ground in the final minutes of the first quarter, after an awkward landing in a marking contest.
Scans yesterday afternoon confirmed an ACL rupture to his left knee.
After sustaining an ACL injury in his draft year, George was selected by the club at pick 26 in the 2022 national draft.
He underwent surgery late last year to repair a left elbow dislocation suffered during an off-season training session.
He made his return to football earlier this year, playing his first game for the club in round 1 via the VFL.
