This IDC study provides IDC’s forecast for the Canadian infrastructure outsourcing services market for 2024–2028. It is an update of the previous forecast published in Canadian Infrastructure Outsourcing Services Forecast, 2023–2027 (IDC #CA50193823, May 2023).
“The infrastructure outsourcing market is projected to grow in 2024, driven by expansion of the ITO segment. Continued focus on digital transformation, investments to support AI-powered solutions, improving macroeconomic conditions, and enterprises’ willingness to spend on IT initiatives are among contributing factors to growth in the market. Over the long term, the market is expected to witness healthy growth supported by HIS and NEOS segments,” says Sreenivas Duvvuri, research analyst, Services at IDC.
