TaylorMade Golf
With the Fourth of July just a couple days away — and a four-day weekend to follow — we have the perfect way for you to show off your patriotic spirit to your foursome.
TaylorMade is bringing back its popular Pix USA design for its TP5 and TP5x golf balls for this Fourth of July Holiday, but the company is making a new addition to the patriotic lineup with the Tour Response Stripe USA golf balls.
With the TP5 and TP5x Pix balls, the strategically placed graphics on the ball form ‘Clearpath Alignment,’ which frame the TaylorMade logo and TP5 stamp to create a clear line from the ball to the hole, giving instant visual feedback. The graphics are the same as the traditional retail offering, but are done in a stars and stripes pattern.
The TP5 golf balls feature the same technology as the regular version, including the five-layer design and High-Flex Material (HFM) in the mantle to provide a combination of faster speeds with a softer feel and acoustics.
Meanwhile, the Tour Response Stripe USA is new this year. The Tour Response was designed to incorporate Tour-level technology for recreational-level players. That means updating this version of the ball with a new dimple pattern — first used in the TP5 and TP5x balls — to foster improved aerodynamics and longer carry distance.
The stripe models feature 360° ClearPath Alignment and the alignment aid is split into three sections of red, white and blue, each with a row of stars to help you find the bottom of the cup.
The TP5 and TP5x Pix USA golf balls ($57.99 per dozen) and Tour Response Stripe USA golf balls ($42.99 per dozen) are available now on Fairway Jockey.
