Christian Wilkins has sold his quirky bachelor pad in Sydney for $1.25million.
The fashionista, 29, bought the Surry Hills property in 2020 for $1.025million before making a tidy profit after recently selling it, reported The Daily Telegraph.
Featuring one bedroom and one bathroom, the ground floor home has been described as ‘eclectic’ and ‘quirky’.
Boasting a 65sqm holding, the property comes with unimplemented plans by designer Sarah Gilder, with hopes for a future second bedroom and rooftop terrace.
The new buyer is currently unknown, but Christian originally purchased the house from the previous owners Penelope Benton and Emma Price.
BresicWhitney real estate agent Nick Gill said potential buyers ‘won’t find an entry-level house with more personality than this one’.
The two-level property features a very retro kitchen with blue and aqua backsplash tiles which match the blue spiral staircase leading up to the study.
Christian added a cocktail bar which he said in 2022 was ‘a secret weapon’ for when the host throws parties.
Christian also transformed the living room by painting it pink, telling the publication he finds the city ‘noisy’ to live in, but still loves the location.
‘I feel safe and accepted and I am so grateful for my community,’ he said.
The Surry Hills home was the first property Christian purchased after moving out of the Sydney north shore home he shared with father TV star Richard Wilkins.

The sale comes after Christian made an appearance on American television alongside his famous father Richard, who is the entertainment editor for Nine Network.
The aspiring actor and socialite shared an Instagram Stories post that showed a photo of he and his dad on KTLA 5 News.
He joked in his caption that it’s ‘classic’ of his father to come to LA for a holiday’ and the pair, ‘end up on brekky TV’.
Christian then thanked the station for having the pair of them on the show.
