Classic Vacations Unveils New Tech Tools for Travel Advisors

Classic Vacations has made a major technology investment to empower travel advisors with new digital capabilities.

The centerpiece is an enhanced Online Booking Platform that allows advisors to book multi-destination, multi-room itineraries while securing real-time rates and availability. The platform provides access to Classic’s exclusive “Preferred” 5-star hotel inventory.

Already, the investment has proved successful. Classic reported over 100% increase in sales online. Within days of launch, 25% of new bookings already incorporated more than one hotel, and due to the intuitive interface and ability for travel advisors to easily share information with their clients, the company has seen increased retention and substantial growth in quote-to-book conversions during the first week of Beta usage.

Other key enhancements include integration with the popular AXUS itinerary tool, enabling advisors to consolidate all travel components into one comprehensive itinerary design. AXUS allows Advisors to incorporate reservations at hotels with restaurants, excursions and more.

Classic has also launched the VIP Connect program, which automatically sends personalized notes to partner hotels on the advisor’s behalf to ensure a seamless luxury experience for VIP clients.
