The star winger was seen running past the spectator and letting out a fired-up scream as he entered the field.

A video of the incident has been spreading across cyberspace with one version being viewed more than 140,000 times on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Mulitalo on Sunday gave a perfect response to the rogue fan, writing on X: “This is someone’s dad lol”.

His post has resulted in a flurry of messages condemning the man filmed on the Fox League broadcast.

The 100-game milestone clearly meant a great deal to the try-scorer, who had a lot of his loved ones travel to the game to celebrate with him.

Mulitalo shared photos on his Instagram page, showing him posing with a large pack of friends and family.

“100 in the black, white & blue. Thank you to everyone who sent messages of love, they don’t go unnoticed,” he wrote on Instagram.

“Love this club and everyone that’s been apart of my journey so far.”

He wrote on his Instagram stories: “Thank you everyone for the messages. Love yas”.

Mulitalo had the last laugh as the Sharks cause an upset to beat the Broncos on their own turf.

Brisbane coach Kevin Walters has described his side’s second half against Cronulla as “probably our worst half of football (this season).”

Having entered half time 12-4 up, Brisbane allowed the Sharks to score three tries in seven minutes to take the two points back down the Shire.

The Suncorp Stadium spectator is not the only fan to make headlines this round.

A young ballkid stole the show during the Storm’s win over Newcastle when he mimicked Storm star Nick Meaney as he was having a shot for goal.

Having brought the tee out for Meaney’s conversion, the youngster used his time on the field to practice his goalkicking.

Mimicking Meaney’s run up, complete with arm swings and raising his right leg, fans loved seeing the kid’s impersonation.

On radio, it was revealed it was Storm assistant coach Ryan Hinchcliffe’s son.

Writer Shane Berketa tweeted: “Hey @storm who’s the kid in the white shirt?” before adding “love the passion” and “getting that early training in up close and personal”.

The NRL tweeted: “This ball-kid could be a future goal kicker!”

A fan replied: “I do so hope somehow this could be incorporated into next years advertising for the NRL ‘The Greatest Game of All’.”

Another suggested, tongue-in-cheek we assume: “The kid has already signed for the Bulldogs.”

American NRL fan Tanked Yank posted: “He would have nailed it. Great lead up, excellent follow through. Young man has a good footy career in front of him. Loved seeing this.”
