Q My dream is to become a successful entrepreneur. I am entering my fifth year of secondary school in September, and I’m being told I should do a business course in university after my Leaving Cert. Do you think that’s necessary though?
There are so many famous examples of successful business people who either dropped out of college or never went there in the first place, the likes of Mark Zuckerberg and Steve Jobs, for example. Would I be better off learning on the job? Or what specific skill sets do you think are important for aspiring entrepreneurs to develop?
