Multiple Temu drivers have been caught on camera handling parcels roughly in South Australia, some even kicking them towards the homes to which the packages are being delivered.
Adelaide woman Rachel Harney says she caught a driver kicking her parcel — containing a telescope and dashcam — through the carport of her Hope Valley home in the city’s northeast, after unsuccessfully throwing it first.

The behaviour was “horrendous”, she told 7NEWS.
“Why would you do that? It’s wrong, on all levels.
“How would he like it if were done to him?”
When she confronted the driver, she said he “didn’t give a care”.
“He just got in his car and went off,” she said.
While Harney said the driver was not put off by their actions being captured on camera, experts say CCTV is still recommended so you have proof of the incident.
“If you’ve got a delivery driver who is maybe not giving your packages the respect they deserve, then having a camera rolling can make all the difference,” Finder spokesperson Tim Bennett said.
Almost a dozen other Adelaide residents have come forward with footage of similar parcel handling, including one person in Mile End who ordered a new iPad only to have it thrown at their front door and smashed.
7NEWS contacted Temu about another of these incidents, in which a driver was captured on CCTV throwing a parcel towards a Richmond home.
The company confirmed other drivers had been fired, but could not provide any information about the man who delivered that particular parcel.
“We hold our delivery service providers to high standards and expect all packages to be handled with care,” the Temu spokesperson said.
“We apologise for the customer’s negative experience and want to assure the customer of our commitment to providing excellent service.
“We have also reminded our logistics partner of the importance of upholding these standards.
We are dedicated to continuously improving the quality of our service.”
