The 2024 mid-season rookie draft has concluded, with several state league stars and former AFL-listed players finding homes at the elite level.
North Launceston’s Geordie Payne was taken by North Melbourne with pick one, while Brynn Teakle and Ned Long returned to the AFL after previously being delisted by Port Adelaide and Hawthorn respectively.
