EXCLUSIVE: The Hundred host Andy Lee has come across quite a few wild tales over his career.
Some, he’s witnessed first hand including how best bud Hamish Blake got a tattoo of the Olympic rings on his arm.
As you can see in the video above, Hamish has quite the collection.
But there’s one thing Hamish didn’t realise at the time, Andy revealed.

Speaking to 9Entertainment, Andy recalled how Hamish got the tattoo during their Gap Year days, after the pair completed their very own Bi Bi Tri Bi.
Over one mammoth weekend, the comedy duo ticked off 24 sports, while joining 24 sport teams in the “ultimate sporting marathon”.
“The main thing is Hamish got the Olympic rings tattooed on him to inspire him with greatness,” Andy began.
“He didn’t realise how offensive that is to actual Olympians, and a lot of Olympians haven’t been that pleased since finding out that on meeting Hamish.”

“Obviously a lot of Olympians get tattoos of the Olympic rings as a sign of their achievements in getting to the Olympics,” Andy continued.
“Hamish hand-on-heart can say he’s been to the Olympics… but just as a spectator,” Andy joked.
This isn’t the first time Andy has poked fun at Hamish’s ink. During an episode of The Hundred, Hamish reunited with his podcast co-host as a guest on the panel.

“Hame, this one’s specifically for you,” Andy teased. “How many of our Hundred have a tattoo they regret?”
“I think it’s possible to regret them — not a familiar feeling for me, but I am sure there are people out there that unfortunately [regret theirs],” Hamish said.

At this point, Andy brought up Hamish’s tattoo on the big screen ”to make sure we’re all clear on the ‘no regrets'”.

Speaking of his ‘stick people’ tattoo, Hamish revealed one of them was Andy and the other was a mate of theirs.
“That’s actually Andy and Jack, who we do our podcast with. They’re portraits of them that I drew myself, which is pretty touching,” he explained.
As for the tattoo next to it…
“We went through a period on our radio show where we started a band, and because I was the drummer I allowed Andy and Jack to each tattoo one stick on my arm,” Hamish recalled.
The comedian said “unfortunately” the sticks looked like something else – which he explained in the video. At least he could laugh about it now!
