“And yet, how ridiculous have our universities become.”
The YouTuber, whose name was Alexandra, garnered almost 700,000 subscribers on the platform from her videos on fashion, thrift shopping, travel and product reviews.
A tribute posted on Alexandra’s Instagram broke the news to her devastated fans.

Other fans took to her subreddit with enraged messages for the trolls.
“Are you fucking happy now? She’s dead. Good one Reddit,” a post read.
Another post wished “nothing but discomfort, regret and guilt” for the trollers while accusing the “Alex haters” of spreading “nothing but conspiracy, assumptions and half truths” about the content creator.
Alexandra admitted she struggled with the harassment, despite the frequent outpouring of support she received from her swaths of fans.
“I don’t handle criticism well. I’m not cut out to handle reading negative things about myself,” she wrote in a December 2022 post.
“I can see a thousand positive comments and forget them all the moment someone says they don’t like me.”
