Sunday night’s emotional Farmer Wants A Wife reunion special had fans on the edge of their seats as Farmer Todd revealed his plans to propose to Daisy.
The heartfelt episode saw Todd, a 28-year-old cattle farmer from Baan Baa, NSW, share his dreams of a future with 28-year-old gym manager Daisy from QLD.
But the moment was marred by an ‘absurd’ amount of advertisements which left viewers fuming.
Social media was ablaze with angry comments from fans who felt Channel Seven had ruined the reunion special with excessive commercial breaks.
One fan tweeted, ‘The ads on this show are f**kin terrible #farmerau.’
She added, ‘I turned it off. I can’t be doing with red flags and showmances…. now let me catch up with today’s goss on JLo and Ben’s true love story #farmerau.’
Another disgruntled viewer echoed this sentiment, stating, ‘These fkn ads #FarmerAU.’
Despite the interruption, the reunion provided some touching moments.

Todd admitted he hasn’t officially proposed yet, but he and Daisy are eagerly looking forward to their future together, including a wedding and starting a family.
‘For me, it was just so amazing that this beautiful man took me to the place where we’re going to get married,’ Daisy emotionally shared with host Samantha Armytage.
Fans were also treated to a preview of Todd and Daisy’s journey together.
‘We want a few little rugrats sort of sooner rather than later. I’ve gotta put a ring on the finger,’ Todd confirmed.
He said they hoped for, ‘marriage and kids and to start that next chapter’.
