FlexJobs has recently unveiled its ranking of the top 75 companies for remote jobs in 2024, drawing from an extensive database covering the first half of 2024. This ranking highlights companies that have not only embraced remote work but are also in charge of offering flexible job opportunities. The data underscores a significant trend: remote work isn’t ending anytime soon.
While some major companies, like Netflix and Goldman Sachs, continue to prefer working from an office, others have found that remote work is not only feasible long-term but also the preferred option.
Gallup research indicates that hybrid work has become the standard for remote-capable employees, with 53% expecting to work hybrid, 25% remote and 22% on-site, while 59% prefer hybrid, 34% remote and only 6% on-site.
