PHILADELPHIA – The Ivy League’s six-game linear football package for the 2024 season on ESPN networks was announced Thursday afternoon.

The University of Pennsylvania football team’s Friday night matchup with Yale on Oct. 25 is set to air nationally on ESPNU at 7 p.m.

This will be the second straight year Penn has hosted an ESPNU game after taking on Brown under the lights last season at Franklin Field. The Bears won, 30-26.

The Bulldogs have claimed back-to-back Ivy League titles, but the Quakers have won the last two meetings, including a 27-17 decision in New Haven in 2023. Junior wide receiver Jared Richardson tallied a single-game program record 17 receptions for 191 yards in the victory.

The Red and Blue open their 2024 season Sept. 21 at Delaware and play their first home game a week later on Sept 28 against Colgate.
