Former footy superstar and Richmond legend Jack Riewoldt has sold his luxurious home in Brighton, Melbourne for $7million.

Riewoldt, 35, is a three-time premiership winner with the Tigers and bid an emotional farewell to the AFL last year after 16 years at the top level.

The Tasman has settled in Melbourne since first joining the Punt Rd club and according to realestate.com.au, the 35-year-old and his wife Carly have sold their four-bedroom home in swanky suburb Brighton.

Marshall White Bayside director Andy Nasr refused to comment on the sale, but the same outlet reports that Riewoldt secured a sale price of around $7m for the home.

Records show that the footy hero purchased the property for $3.81m in November 2017, with the property’s titles revealing Riewoldt and Carly as joint owners.

The red-brick home features an expansive front yard and has undergone significant renovation.
