Santa Anita has put together an incredible 11-race program for Memorial Day, and anchoring the action is the Grade 2, $200,000 Hollywood Gold Cup.
A field of eight older horses will take part in this 1 1/4-mile contest on the main track, including the Bob Baffert-trained pair of Mr Fisk and Reincarnate.
Going as Race 10 on a 11-race program at “The Great Race Place,” post time for the Hollywood Gold Cup is estimated for 8:30 p.m. ET. The race will be shown live on FanDuel TV.

Laurie Ross and Ashley Tamulonis went head-to-head handicapping the Hollywood Gold Cup and they saw the race differently from a pace perspective. As a result, they were unable to come up with a consensus winner, and even key contenders like Reincarnate and Judge Miller didn’t make both of their superfectas.
However, both Ross and Tamulonis are using long shot Mixto underneath.
