Sunrise host Nat Barr has provided a health update, revealing this year “hasn’t quite gone to plan”.
The TV host took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal she was “starting slow” with a new workout regime.
The footage showed the 56-year-old trying out her new at-home pilates reformer machine, by Your Reformer, a brand she has partnered up with.
“This year hasn’t quite gone to plan. (Exercise wise) I’ve been constantly booking classes and then having to cancel because of work/life.. so I’ve brought the plan to me. A pilates reformer in my house!” Barr captioned the video.
“The guys deliver, set up (this colour is Mocha and I 💕.. plus it folds in half 👏) then you hit the App for every kind of class you could imagine. Will let you know how I go. I’m starting slow.🤞#partnership”
7NEWS reporter and colleague Angela Cox shared her excitement, commenting: “Can we get one for the green room at work! Then @jess_bishop can give us all lessons!”
Another friend wrote: “Fabulous idea !!”
“This is awesome!! I’m here for this Pilates journey 🧘🏼♀️” a third friend added.
Last month during Sunrise, the mother of two opened up about how much she misses living with her kids after her youngest had just moved out of home.
