Australia is deep in a rental crisis with no sign of things easing.
Vacancy rates are low, rents are high, and there’s a steady stream of rental increase notices arriving in inboxes.
CoreLogic data shows rents are now 8.5 per cent higher than this time last year, and the median weekly rent value reached a record high of $627 in April.
